Phil Wohl Partner Prior to joining Catapult in 2001, Phil served as President and COO for NetClerk, Inc., a SaaS-based business-to-government software company he co-founded in 1998. Prior to NetClerkÕs founding, he worked as an equity analyst at Pequot Capital Management, focusing on the Software, Semiconductor and IT Services industries. While at Pequot, the firm grew into the largest technology-focused hedge fund in the world. Prior to joining Pequot in 1995, Phil began his career as a corporate finance analyst in Morgan StanleyÕs East Coast Technology Group in New York. Phil received his BA degree cum laude in History and English from Williams College.
