Ron Lissak

Ron founded Catapult Advisors in 2001 and advises CEOs and boards of technology companies on M&A and capital raising strategy, on both the sell-side and buy-side. Prior to founding Catapult, he was Managing Director and Head of the Private Equity Group at Banc of America Securities, and before that, Co-Head of Montgomery Securities’ international division, where he spent nine years helping public companies access capital from international institutions. Ron began his career at Salomon Brothers in New York and London. He holds a BA in Philosophy from UC Berkeley and an MA in International Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS.
