Ron Lissak

Ron founded Catapult Advisors in 2001 and advises CEOs and boards of technology companies on M&A and capital raising strategy, on both the sell-side and buy-side. Prior to founding Catapult, he was Managing Director and Head of the Private Equity Group at Banc of America Securities, and before that, Co-Head of Montgomery Securities’ international division, where he spent nine years helping public companies access capital from international institutions. Ron began his career at Salomon Brothers in New York and London. He holds a BA in Philosophy from UC Berkeley and an MA in International Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS.

Barry Newman

Barry joined Catapult Advisors in 2017, after serving as Managing Partner of Rutberg & Company. He brings extensive experience in business strategy, corporate finance, and M&A, including as Managing Director at NeoCarta Ventures and Vice Chairman of the Technology Group at Bear Stearns. Barry also led the global technology corporate and investment banking practices at Banc of America Securities and Salomon Brothers, where he had primary M&A responsibility for each firm’s most important technology clients. He holds BS degrees in Chemical Engineering and Life Sciences from MIT, an MBA and JD from Stanford, and an LLM in Taxation from NYU.

Connor Killane

Connor joined Catapult Advisors in 2018 after beginning his career at JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs. He specializes in helping founders and CEOs navigate their M&A and capital raising strategies, working side by side with clients throughout every stage of the transaction process. Connor prides himself on hands-on client service, ensuring that each transaction is executed with precision. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Economics and Finance from SUNY Oneonta.
